Practices are held mainly at Lindbergh High School .  Alternative fields are Tiffany Park Elementary, Cascade Elementary, Kentridge High School, Wilson Playfields, Canyon Ridge Middle School, Kent and Renton School District gyms and other fields in the Renton/Kent area.

Tentative Tournaments for Our Teams

2025-2026 TEAM REGISTRATION FEES:

  • Registration fee includes:  US Club Soccer membership and player insurance, WPL League and Season fees, set number of summer tournaments (see details below), WA Cup tournament fee (for U11+), coaching, goal keeper training, equipment for practices and games, club administrative costs, and 2x practices per week during the season.  *For the 2025-2026 Season, team fees will also include a Club Kickoff Bowling Event, May 18th, in Tukwila, and Team Building Events (up to $75 per player for the season).  **If a player is unable to attend any team event (which includes all games, practices, tournaments, club/team bonding events), they would not be entitled to a refund and would end of contributing the amount toward the team/club.
  • Registration fee do not include:  Uniforms (approximately $385+tax/shipping), out-of-state tournaments, travel cost, coaches travel costs, additional tournaments that are more than the included number of tournaments, supplemental programs (including, but not limited to camps, strength and conditioning programs, additional day practices, private lessons) or additional league participation such as Starfire indoor leagues.

*Deposits are due upon acceptance to a team and once the club invoice is received.

**Season cost is based on the age group that the player is playing at, not by the player's birth year.  Example, if a player is born in 2015, but is playing up in age for the 2014/U12 team, the season costs is based on the 2014/U12 team season cost.

2025-2026 Uniform Kit

Returning players that have all required items from the 2024-2025 kit will need to purchase the new quarter-zip warm up top and pants for the 2024-2025 season.

All required uniform items should be ordered within 10 days of acceptance to the team.  The estimated cost for the entire 2025-2026 Season Required Uniform Kit is approximately $385+tax and shipping.  An email will be sent to parents/players from soccer.com with a link to order uniform items.

PAYMENT METHODS:

All payments must be made online through SportsEngine. Payments can be made in full or by payment plan. If you wish to use the payment plan, please see the payment schedule below. Upon acceptance to a team, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment is required. The remaining balance will be in equal monthly installments charged on the 15th of the month. SportsEngine will send a reminder email a week before payment is charged. If you decide to pay by payment plan it is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date in your SportsEngine account so your scheduled payment can be processed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

· Option 1 (Pay in Full) – Payment of your total team registration fee at time of acceptance.

· Option 2 (Payment Plan for U8 – U14 Teams and U15+ Girls): NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upon acceptance plus 10 equal monthly installments due on the 15th of each month starting June 15, 2025 – March 15, 2026.

· For U16+ Boys (2007 – 2010) there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due upon acceptance plus 9 equal monthly installments due on the 15th of each month starting May 15, 2025 – January 15, 2026.  For the U15 Boys (2011's) there will be a NON-REFUDNDABLE deposit due upon acceptance plus 9 equal monthly installments due on the 15th of each month starting June 15, 2025 - February 15, 2026.  The Boys U15+ season ends in February 2025 so players can play for their high school teams.

CLUB FUNDRAISING: 

We ask all Cascade Premier players and families to participate in our Brown Bear Carwash ticket fundraiser to help pay for club expenses including, but not limited to field fees, equipment, referee fees, training sessions, financial aid program and administrative costs). All Cascade Premier players are asked to sell a minimum of 10 Brown Bear car wash tickets. 

REFUND POLICY:

When you register for Cascade Premier Soccer program, you are agreeing and are responsible to pay the whole program fee for the season whether you opt to pay in full at registration or you opt for a payment plan. Subsequent reduction of those total fees owed by refund and/or termination of the payment plan (collectively “refund”) is only allowed in certain circumstances specified below. Leaving the program mid-season (anytime after team acceptance) for any reason outside of those reasons specified below - including but not limited to joining another club, having your or your child’s membership terminated for violating our codes of conduct, or deciding to no longer play soccer - do not result in a refund and you are still responsible to pay the full team season program fee.

Refunds of registration fees will be issued in accordance with the following policy:

· Medical Refund – Refunds related to significant injury or illness will be granted only with medical documentation from a physician and will be prorated by month based on a 10 month season.

· Relocation – If a family is relocating farther than 50 miles during the season, the club will provide a prorated refund based on a 10 month season.

· Other – Refunds for any other reason may only be granted at the sole discretion of the Cascade Soccer Club Executive Board.

DELINQUENT PAYMENTS:

If payment plan payments are not made in two consecutive months (ie. two consecutive months of payment declined through SportsEngine), the player will be ineligible to play or practice with their team and the player card will be pulled until the payment status is made current.  To be eligible for WA Cup, the final season tournament, players must be current on their account.

FINANCIAL AID SCHOLARSHIPS:

Cascade Premier Soccer is dedicated to providing a positive soccer experience to all players, and it is our goal to ensure no child is denied the opportunity to play based on financial reasons.  A limited amount of funds is available for players in need of financial assistance.  Scholarships will be available to eligible players on a first-come basis.   To apply for financial aid scholarship, you must complete the registration on our website (www.cascadepremiersoccer.com/scholarship) within 10 days of accepting a spot on a team. 

SIBLING DISCOUNT FOR CASCADE PREMIER COMPETITIVE TEAM PLAYERS:

Families with two or more premier players that participate for the entire annual season, will receive $50 off each additional sibling after the first.  Available to Cascade Premier Competitive Player fees only.

The new uniform online store is expected to be open by May 15, 2024.  All required uniform items should be ordered by May 31, 2024 or sooner.  The estimated cost for the entire 2024-2025 Season Required Uniform Kit is approximately $385+tax and shipping.  Details about the uniform kit will be emailed to players and parents once the new season online store is ready.

Extended Roster Program

Our league allows for up to 26 players on all team rosters.  The maximum game rosters for league games and most tournaments is up to 18 players for U13-U19, up to 16 players for U11-U12, and up to 14 players for U10.  To provide as many opportunities for players to develop with our club, we offer "extended roster" opportunities to players who are selected as a roster player beyond the game day maximum, or if our coaches feel that an "extended roster" position is the best fit for the team and that player.

Being on the "extended roster," allows players to participate in all practice training sessions.  The last few years we have had a number of players participate on our teams as an "extended roster player," which has allowed these players to continue their development with the team and our club.  Most have had the opportunity at some point to play in games if players are out of town, ill or injured.  Some "extended roster players" have been able to work into a full-time roster spot mid-season, if/when, full-time positions open up.  Game time and tournament play is not guaranteed as an "extended roster player." 

The 2025-2026 Season cost for extended roster players is $200 at time of acceptance, which is $120 upfront for the Club Bowling event, team building events (same as full-time players) and $80 for first month of the extended roster monthly fee.  Starting June 15th thru March 15th (June 15th thru January 15th for U15-U19 Boys Teams), the cost is $80 per month.  Extended roster players will also need to purchase the club uniform kit (about $385+tax).
