Youth MICRO SOCCER LEAGUE for Ages 3 - 10 (Spring 2026)

The Youth Micro Soccer Program is for players from age 3 (born in 2021) to age 10 (born anytime in 2016). For those born in 2022, they will be eligible to participate beginning in summer and fall 2026.
This league will use smaller teams, smaller field sizes and modified rules to allow the players to have more touches on the ball making it more enjoyable to play at younger ages.
Practices for our Spring Micro League start on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Each team practices just one day a week (Tuesday or Thursday). Games will be played on Saturday mornings, April 18 to June 6 (7 game season). Practices and games all take place at Cascade Elementary School in Renton.

Youth Micro League Soccer
Our Micro League is for players age 3 through 10. We have a Spring Season and a separate Fall Season each year. Our Spring 2026 Micro League season will be open for all players with birth years 2016 to 2021. First practices for our Spring 2026 season are scheduled for March 31. Fall 2026 season practices are scheduled to begin the last week of August 2026.

As of May 2019 - Impact and Velocity are now CASCADE PREMIER
Cascade Soccer Club is a youth soccer program established in 1986 for children and families in Renton, Kent and the surrounding South King County community. We have combined both the girls Velocity and boys Impact programs into one program, CASCADE PREMIER. This change is to unify the boys and girls programs and assure everyone knows, we are the same club. We want to continue to carry on the original club name for all our players. Our Micro Program for 3-9 year olds is still played at Cascade Elementary like when the club originated. All of our U9 teams and older compete in the Puget Sound Premier League, sanctioned by US Club Soccer.
